As a Bike Rider at KULSHA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for navigating city streets, adhering to traffic regulations, and delivering items with care and professionalism. Additionally, you will represent our company, so excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers.
- Navigate city streets using GPS and maps.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery bikes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Valid Bahraini bike driving license.
- Proven experience as a bike rider or delivery person preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of city streets and traffic regulations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knows English, Urdu, and Hindi is a plus point.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
