Job Scope:
The Demand planning excellence assistant manager is responsible of driving initiatives for NALI Demand Planning performance, business waste and agility through Demand planning KPI tracking; process improvement, highlighting areas of focus. Drive ‘no touch planning agenda’ across the region in collaboration with Plan Service center & global team. S/he will also support the communication channels between the Global Demand planning ; regional and local teams..

Responsibilities:

  • Drive NALI Demand Planning excellence agenda.
  • Lead RTVA and overall digitalization agenda together with digital team and country Demand planning team
  • Coordinate and consolidate the roadmaps and key Demand planning JBTD across the region
  • Lead Demand Planning community to continuously improve performance; and facilitates the exchange and deployment of best practices
  • Deep-dive analysis of performance of specific categories/countries to propose improvement areas on BW; FA, and SKU complexity
  • Lead the NALI demand Planning performance discussions by BU through standard analysis and KPI dashboards
  • Drive No touch Planning agenda and define the roadmap & action plans and follow the adherence by BU
  • Build NALI Demand planning community with a clear agenda & engagement plans
  • Ensure global alignment on all solutions provided/deployed
  • Owns Demand process excellence KPI thru Business Excellence Reports

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in similar scope
  • Analytical Thinking & problem solving skills.
  • Good communication & influencing skills.
  • Change Management capabilities.
  • Project Planning & Organization skills
  • In-depth understanding of Unilever planning processes
  • Experience in U2K2 Methodology & APO
  • Experience Process design and Management.
  • Knowledge/understanding of S&OP processes and cross-functional working.
  • Ability to lead change/transformation with positive impact
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation and collaboration efforts across the region.
