- Job Purpose:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and train security staff
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness
- Investigating security incidentsInvestigate security breaches, incidents, and violations, document findings, and implement corrective actionsResponsible for security personnelMonitor regulation compliance
- Conduct security risk assessments
- Communicate security policies
Job Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of emergency response planning and incident management
- Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies
- Training or experience in emergency response and crisis management
- Good command of English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, or a related field
- 6 - 9 years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices
