Position: Network support

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration of Contract: 12 Month(extendable depending on the project and performance) Qatar l

Requirements:

• Support covers network devices on a break / fix basis.
• The covered network components: Switches, Routers ,Wi-Fi Access Points, Servers - Periodic review of system logs on network devices
• Regularly install security patches on network devices and firmware upgrades
• Periodic check of assets against Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Qualification and Skills

▪ Good communication skills

▪ Experience in user support - 5-8 years

▪ Knowledge of ITIL

▪ CISCO, Fortigate
