We are looking for an experienced Admin / HR personnel to augment the Bincom Professional Services Team. This is a Professional Services Team Lead role.

  • The role is responsible for providing support to the various Administrative and Human Resources functions across all the locations of the organisation.
  • The personnel will work with the team to ensure adherence to all processes related to design, development, programming, deployment, project documentation, and other tasks during various client and internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years VERIFIABLE experience managing Administrative Tasks for a small team (20 - 30 people)
  • Business, Admin or HR Related course of Study
  • A passion for IT
  • Ability to learn new skills fast
  • Project management & Team leadership skills
  • Report writing skills
