Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta.

We are seeking a Full-Time Contractor to be our Recruiting Assistant Manager (Bilingual).

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Reviewing resumes.
  • Interviewing.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • HR software.
  • Implement new sourcing methods.
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulations on handling contractors in the different locations.

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruiter.
  • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants.
  • Knowledge of sourcing in different locations.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Great English level.

Pay: ₡800,000.00 - ₡1,000,000.00 per month
