Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta.

We are seeking a Full-Time Contractor to be our Recruiting Assistant Manager (Bilingual).

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

Reviewing resumes.
Interviewing.
Onboarding and Offboarding.
HR software.
Implement new sourcing methods.
Research and choose job advertising options.
Stay up-to-date on regulations on handling contractors in the different locations.

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?

Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruiter.
Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants.
Knowledge of sourcing in different locations.
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases.
Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Great English level.

Pay: ₡800,000.00 - ₡1,000,000.00 per month
