Ø To maintain professional relationship with the Guest
Ø To maintain an professional attitude while conversing on the telephones
Ø Handle special Room service request with appropriate consultation
Ø Set the tray within minutes receiving of the K.O.T
Ø Orders of consecutive floors served simultaneously
Ø Reverting back to the Guests in case of any order delay
Ø Maintain professional appearance as per the standards set
Ø Take and serve order as per the standards
Ø Maintain appropriate standards for assembling and picking up food orders
Ø Ensure and maintain clean and tidy table after the main course
Ø Ensure all acts of serving are executed within prescribed time limit
Ø To meet Guest needs and request in right time
Ø Communicate with the other Department to fulfill Guest request
Ø Handle special Room service request with appropriate consultation
Ø To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
