Job Description:
- Review and planning of Project job scope
- Arrange drawings and necessary tools
- Coordinate materials required with Purchasing department
- Oversee the physical check of materials in terms with quality and quantity together with the storekeeper.
- Monitor and safe keep yard Tools declaration forms
- Prepare Project schedule as per yard requirement
- Do briefing with Supervisors/Engineers and provide them daily work target
- Monitor daily work progress and man hour usage
- Disseminate information and new policies if necessary
- Meet project schedule through proper planning
- Attend Yard progress and monthly safety meetings
- Ensure that Supervisors follow Permit System
- Validation and certification of progress claim submitted by contractor
- Ensure prompt preparation of progress claim, justification of claims and variation claims when needed
- Prepare Work completion reports, MTO and progress report for yard/owner signature.
- Submit necessary documents at office for proper billing
- Do document filing for Daily tool box briefing, delivery orders, drawings and report
Prepare and forward monthly report to Managing Director on the following:
- Work Progress Claim
- Material Usage Status
- Work Activities Program
- Project issues
- Co-ordinate all OHS and Quality activities
- Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement the OHS and Quality policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Participate in Management and Client meetings
- Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement the Occupational, Health and Safety. Quality policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10 years and above experience with Oil and gas projects located at Ras Laffan
- Graduate of relevant course
- Team player, Independent
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
