Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data analysis and interpret trends or patterns, providing insights that can be acted upon by teams.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver analytics solutions.
- Use data visualization tools (PowerBI) to present complex data in a user-friendly manner.
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience with PowerBI
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
