At Paper Carpenter, this is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to fullfilling clients' creative brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visual content for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, and present them to management staff for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Prepare and deliver final design files in required formats for both print and digital distribution.
Skills and Qualities:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- A disciplined and well-mannered personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of photography and videography skills.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous and has a habit of reviewing his/her work carefully, quality control is key.
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Understanding the importance of sustainability.

- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva
