Description
The Hotel Manager (Pre-Opening & Launching)) is a critical role within the company, focusing on overseeing the successful launch and operational setup of new hotel properties while managing ongoing operations. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in luxury hotel management and a proven track record of successfully managing pre-opening activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all pre-opening activities for new hotel properties, including coordinating with design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure timely completion of property setup.
- Develop and implement pre-opening operational plans, including staffing, training, and operational procedures, to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational readiness.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure brand standards and quality benchmarks are met during the pre-opening phase.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in guest experience across all properties.
- Manage hotel operations in various international markets as assigned, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and operational goals.
- Oversee the budget and financial performance of pre-opening and operational hotels, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 3 years in pre-opening and assignments roles.
- Proven track record in managing successful hotel openings and overseeing hotel operations in diverse international markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multicultural team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of global hospitality trends, standards, and best practices.
- Willing to work in Lampung
