Developing sales strategies, measuring revenue growth, team and customer relationship management, initiating marketing and promotions, budget management, event planning and execution, collecting evaluations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing all necessary documentation, analysis and reports.
Skills
Exceptional customer relations and service skills, detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective delegation and problem-solving, advanced analytical and reporting skills, and experience with local suppliers and vendors for event organisation.
