Job Title: Project In-Charge

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge to oversee and manage aluminum shading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

2. Project Execution:

  • Supervise and direct project teams (fabrication, installation, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.

3. Client Relationship:

  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and changes to clients.
  • Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly.

4. Quality Control:

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve defects, deficiencies.

5. Documentation:

  • Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
  • Update project management software.

6. Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and train project team members.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress.

7. Coordination:

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Architecture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aluminum shading or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum shading systems, fabrication, and installation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations.
