Description
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals.
- Research and advise on the most suitable visa options for different situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Kuwaiti immigration laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as an Immigration Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Oman immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, with a focus on clear and concise explanation of complex immigration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in client service is a plus if Fresher.
