Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager for one of our clients in Muscat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, dealing with the MOL and government agencies.
- Expertise in handling all Omani / Expat staff matter, including rightsizing of organistaion structure
- Resourceful in talent acquisition of Telecom/IT/Digital/Power/Tower related to technical & sales staff at mid-level and senior-level
- Should have experience in managing performance appraisal system for middle/senior level staff
- Must have experience of at least 8 - 10 years in HR in the areas mentioned above.
Qualifications and skill sets required
- HR Strategy Development, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
- Skilled in handling Performance Management for mid to senior level employees
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Matured Individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and employee relations
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
