Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty to design, review, and update course syllabi to ensure relevance and alignment with educational standards.
- Assessment: Develop and administer assessments, assignments, and projects, providing timely feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Student Engagement: Encourage student participation through active learning strategies and mentorship, addressing diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Advising: Provide academic advising and support to students in navigating their MPU courses and general academic pathways.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the university to promote interdisciplinary learning and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field. Relevant teaching certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian education policies and MPU curriculum requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms is preferred.
- Research Ability: Demonstrated interest in research and scholarship in areas related to general studies or education.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
