  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Verify accuracy of employee data and prepare reports on payroll activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation.
  • Liaise with external partners.
  • Record, verify, and reconcile payroll-related information.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Finance, or a relevant industry.
  • Additional HR certifications and data analytical skills are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong data entry, data cleaning, and mathematical skills.
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
