Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• * Component Architecture*: Create reusable, modular components and maintain a well-structured component library.
• * Collaboration*: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
• * Code Reviews*: Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
• * Mentorship*: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• * Technical Leadership*: Provide technical direction and insights to the team, making architectural decisions and recommending tools and technologies.
• * Agile Practices*: Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
