Description
Hiring for the role of Project Engineer, the role is about managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
Here are some responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution.
- Design and Development: Collaborate with design teams to create technical specifications and ensure that project requirements are met.
- Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget, identifying areas for cost-saving if necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, summarizing progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Problem Solving: Address any technical or logístical issues that arise during the project and implement solutions efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project objectives.
- Final Review: Conduct project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to clients or operational teams.
Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- 5years: 3 years (preferred)
