Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging seminars focused on accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Assess the training needs of participants and design tailored seminar content to address those needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of seminars and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to provide relevant seminar content.
  • Collaborate with management to align seminar programs with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Prepare seminar materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
  • Maintain records of attendance and participant progress.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting and training or teaching roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to the professional development of others.

Pay: BD600.000 - BD800.000 per month
