Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging seminars focused on accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Assess the training needs of participants and design tailored seminar content to address those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of seminars and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to provide relevant seminar content.
- Collaborate with management to align seminar programs with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare seminar materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
- Maintain records of attendance and participant progress.
Requirements:
- Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting and training or teaching roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to the professional development of others.
Pay: BD600.000 - BD800.000 per month
