About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading real estate brokerage in Qatar, specializing in luxury properties across Doha. This organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

  • Set and meet leasing targets aligned with financial goals.
  • Monitor market trends to keep the leasing strategy competitive.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the leasing team for high performance.

  • Conduct regular training to enhance team knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Provide performance feedback and ensure team goals are met.

  • Property Leasing:

  • Oversee the leasing process from marketing to lease finalization.

  • Manage property listings and marketing strategies to attract tenants.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional materials.

  • Client Relations:

  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.

  • Address and resolve tenant inquiries and requests professionally.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market research on trends, rental rates, and competition.

  • Advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies.

  • Financial Management:

  • Monitor leasing budgets, forecast income, and meet financial targets.

  • Review contracts for alignment with policies and profitability.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and minimize vacancies.

  • Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance and market trends.

  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.

  • Compliance:

  • Ensure leasing activities comply with real estate regulations and company policies.

  • Stay updated on property laws and regulations affecting leasing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of leasing experience, with at least 5 years in luxury real estate leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing processes, market trends, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in achieving leasing targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse property portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management and CRM software.
