Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain VMware and Hyper-V environments.
- Administer Microsoft servers, focusing on Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Install and configure PC and server hardware, including drivers.
- Implement and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls and switches.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with VMware and Hyper-V.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft servers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Solid understanding of PC and server hardware installation and drivers.
- Extensive networking experience and skills, particularly with firewalls and switches (this is a must-have).
- University degree in a relevant field.
- IT industry certifications (nice to have).
