Our client, a globally recognised technology and digital innovation leader, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Business Administrator, ensuring smooth daily operations for our team. This role will be at the heart of our team’s activities, handling everything from travel and procurement to team logistics and onboarding.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
Travel and Expense Management:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members, including providing visa assistance as needed.
- Prepare and submit expense claims for team activities in a timely and accurate manner.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Manage purchase orders, MyDevice requests, and quotes, ensuring that procurement requests are processed smoothly.
- Handle invoice approvals and provide guidance to Purchase Order holders, processing payment requests promptly.
- Communicate with vendors and foster relationships with new suppliers as needed.
Team Support and Logistics:
- Organize meeting spaces, logistics for leadership events, and team morale activities to maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate team offsites and onboarding for new hires, providing a warm and structured welcome to our team.
- Act as a liaison with the Real Estate & Facilities team to ensure our workspace supports productivity.
- Handle various ad hoc tasks as they arise, adapting to team needs with a “can-do” approach.
What do I need?
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.:
Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to team success.
This opportunity is a 7-month contract, hybrid work.
