Job Summary:

  • Receiving incoming goods and verifying that they match the invoice or purchase order.
  • Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Organizing materials and goods in the warehouse to ensure easy access and avoid overcrowding.
  • Regularly monitoring stock levels and identifying available quantities.
  • Conducting periodic inventory checks to reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
  • Issuing materials or goods as requested by different locations.
  • Ensuring that issued goods meet the required specifications.
  • Recording all transactions related to inventory (incoming, outgoing, stocktaking).
  • Maintaining accurate data on stored items, including quantities, specifications, and serial numbers
  • Notifying management when materials are nearing expiration or need to be replenished.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as productions and sales, to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
  • Managing the process of returning damaged or incorrect items.
  • Coordinating with suppliers or relevant departments for the replacement or repair of returned goods.
  • Managing the tools and maintained the service record.
  • Submitting reports to management regarding stock discrepancies or issues.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required:_
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage and control stock levels accurately.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all stock movements and documentation are precise and complete.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock in the warehouse to facilitate easy access and accurate counting.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies effectively.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving stock.
  • Experience:_
  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Valid QID Must (Minimum Six-month validity)
  • Visa transfer required
  • Store Keeper: 5 years (required)
  • Computer: Tally preferred
  • Language: English & Hindi (required)
  • Pay: QAR 3,000.00 - QAR 4,000.00 per month
