The Sultan’s School seeks to appoint 2 experienced Mathematics Teachers to join their established Mathematics Department in August 2025.

The Sultan’s School blends three curricula

• the International Cambridge curriculum from Primary through IGCSE, with the Ministry of Education’s ‘Basic Education Program’, and the International Baccalaureate (IBDP). The school is academically high performing and ambitious, with new initiatives such as HPL (High Performance Learning) aimed to raise the bar even higher. Visa Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience
• Teacher qualification such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
• Under 60 years of age
• Safer Recruitment checks such as confidential reference checks and criminal record checks will be undertaken

Other requirements:

• Strong track record of improving academic results at GCSE and A level/IBDP
• Evidence of engagement in the wider school community
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and the flexibility to deal with change.
• Enthusiasm, energy, creativity and the willingness to take risks.
• Experience with English language learners is desirable
• High Performance Learning programme experience is desirable
