We are currently looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of swimming pool and water feature construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and review project drawings, specifications, and documentation in collaboration with the senior engineering team.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform structural calculations and recommend materials that enhance project sustainability and durability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company policies throughout the construction process.
• Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and cost estimates as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0-2 years in construction or a related field (internship experience in swimming pool or water feature projects is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other relevant design and project management software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, structural design, and quality control processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
