About the role In preparation for our opening in early 2025, we are seeking passionate and experienced baristas who are excited to be part of our new establishment.
The Monocle Café is an intimate and bustling space located on Rue Bachaumont. Offering artisanal coffee and tasty treats, it’s a welcoming space that showcases our passion for hospitality.
Essential to your success is your ability to work effectively as part of a small team, and your committment to providing excellent service and a welcoming environment.
- Utilising your barista expertise and in-depth knowledge of exceptional coffee
- Providing exceptional customer service and effectively handling any customer feedback
- Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, as well as correct maintenance of café equipment
- Accurately processing customer orders and payments
- Supporting with planning and delivering café events
- Our café is open seven days a week. Benefits include Allpress barista training and staff discounts at the Cafe and The Monocle shop.
All applicants must have the right to work in France.
