Showroom Operations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
- Manage inventory, product displays, and overall showroom aesthetics to enhance customer experience.
- Train and guide the sales team to effectively demonstrate and sell home automation products.
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Provide expert guidance to customers on home automation solutions tailored to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling strategies.
Marketing and Social Media:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote showroom offerings, both online and offline.
- Manage and grow the showroom's social media presence across platforms, including content creation, posting, and analytics tracking.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand brand visibility.
Business Development:
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to recommend new products and services.
- Build partnerships with vendors and suppliers to enhance product offerings.
- Organize and host events, workshops, or product demonstrations to attract and educate potential customers.
Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive showroom traffic and conversions.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize performance.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in showroom management, sales, or retail, preferably in home automation or technology sectors.
- Strong background in marketing and social media, including campaign management and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with home automation systems and technologies (e.g., smart lighting, security, HVAC control) is a plus.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, marketing tools, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
