Showroom Operations:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Manage inventory, product displays, and overall showroom aesthetics to enhance customer experience.
  • Train and guide the sales team to effectively demonstrate and sell home automation products.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers on home automation solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling strategies.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote showroom offerings, both online and offline.
  • Manage and grow the showroom's social media presence across platforms, including content creation, posting, and analytics tracking.
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand brand visibility.

Business Development:

  • Identify market trends and customer preferences to recommend new products and services.
  • Build partnerships with vendors and suppliers to enhance product offerings.
  • Organize and host events, workshops, or product demonstrations to attract and educate potential customers.

Strategy and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive showroom traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in showroom management, sales, or retail, preferably in home automation or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in marketing and social media, including campaign management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with home automation systems and technologies (e.g., smart lighting, security, HVAC control) is a plus.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, marketing tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in hosting events or product demonstrations.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track marketing performance.
