Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team. As a fresher, you will perform microbiological testing and ensure compliance with established quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine microbiological testing, including sterility, endotoxin, and microbial limit tests.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas, including air sampling, surface testing, and personnel monitoring.
  • Perform water testing (purified water, water for injection) as per standard protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain microbial cultures, media, and reagents as required.
  • Document all test results accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records.
  • Assist in validation and calibration of laboratory equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Identify and report deviations or non-conformance during testing and processes.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing documentation and laboratory insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and aseptic practices.
  • Basic knowledge of GLP, GMP, and laboratory safety procedures.
  • Excellent observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,236.94 - ₹39,025.52 per month
