Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the boys’ hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and discipline of hostel students.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized hostel environment.
Supervise hostel staff (wardens, housekeeping, security, etc.).
Manage hostel maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Handle student grievances and resolve conflicts calmly.
Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, inventory, and expenses.
Organize and supervise daily routines, study hours, and recreational activities.
Monitor student attendance and report any irregularities to school authorities.
Maintain parent connect and constantly share well-being updates of the students
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
