Key Responsibilities:

Effectively and professionally answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.:
Log information on calls received and maintain detailed records.:
Inform the clients for the ready vehicles.:
Prepare required documents for return of replacement vehicles.:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Division Head per business needs.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field (leasing and rental would be an advantage) in automotive industry.:
Graduate / High School Diploma.:
Fluent English & Arabic skills (read, write and speak).:
Computer literate, pleasant personality, presentable, multi-tasking and customer oriented.:
**Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based and immediate joining.
