Role Description
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for Executing a variety of complex administration tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department in addition to the operational role.
Responsibilities
- Draft office correspondences as directed by manager or supervisor
- Collect and distribute mail correspondences to appropriate department
- Coordinate for getting requires approval for related department
- Maintain calendar and meetings schedules of man
- Ensure proper manual / electronic filing of documents
- Attending related meeting for marketing Department, take minutes of meetings and presentation for department Head
- Compile all department reports & presentations
- Coordinate and collect required data, information, market research
- Coordinate, track and follow up tasks of direct report of the manager
- Coordinate with department team for regular meetings
- Ensure knowledge sharing among the team and supervise and train new department joiners
- Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks
Qualifications
- 2-4 years administrative experience, preferably in property field:
- Professional MS software skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Language:
- English (preferred)
