- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business* Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software
- Job Requirement:
- Vietnamese and English Speaking, Customer Service
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Sales experience is preferable.
- Education: Diploma with 5+ years of full time (customer service) working experience. Bachelor/Master with 3+ years of full time (customer service) working experience
Pay: Up to RM4,400.00 per month
