Description
The Role
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global, regional, and local markets, including equity, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments. Monitor financial news, economic data, and geopolitical developments that could impact investment markets. Analyze financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other key metrics to evaluate potential investment opportunities. Develop financial models to project the future performance of investment opportunities. Perform company valuation using various methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing financial data, investment recommendations, and market trends. Assist in monitoring the performance of existing investment portfolios. Track portfolio performance against benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide recommendations for portfolio rebalancing, risk mitigation, and optimization. Support the development of investment strategies and asset allocation recommendations in line with the company’s or clients' goals. Contribute to the preparation of investment proposals, offering insights into risk, return, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 1 year of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or asset management. Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and other financial software. Familiarity with portfolio management tools and risk analysis software is a plus. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Ability to interpret financial statements, economic indicators, and market trends.
