We are looking for a motivated Operational Executive to join our team in the world of entire logistics solutions
An Operational Executive is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and coordinating with different departments to enhance productivity. They play a crucial role in optimizing workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including monitoring workflows, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments.
Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to resolve any operational issues.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records related to operations, generate reports, and analyze data to support decision-making.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining high-quality standards.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in logistics or operations coordination, preferably within the shipping or freight forwarding industry.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and logistics tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve operational challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external coordination.
Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
Valid Driving license (required)
Pay: KD250.000 - KD400.000 per month
