CEO Secretary

Position Overview:
The CEO Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the CEO and enhancing organizational efficiency. This individual is responsible for administrative tasks while ensuring that the CEO's schedule runs smoothly.

Main Criteria:
Strong English communication and writing skills to correspond with international firms all around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, particularly related to financial operations and company strategies.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for the CEO.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, presentations, and other key engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Help maintain financial documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Support special projects initiated by the CEO, including financial assessments, strategic initiatives, and compliance matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Ensure all financial documentation and reports are ready for discussions at meetings.
  • Maintain an efficient office environment, managing supplies and resources for the CEO's office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Pay: KD350.000 per month
