Description
10+ years of experience in UX design, user research, and digital service design.
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and usability testing platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles.
- Experience designing for government digital services, e-governance, or citizen engagement platforms is a plus.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to create intuitive digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA) and government UX/UI standards.
- Collaborate with developers, policymakers, and IT teams to implement user-centered design strategies.
