Summary of the job:
- The main task of a Clinical sales specialist in Biosense webster is to (provide clinical support for heart arrhythmia cases across Kuwait in addition to have a dedicated accounts with a target business plan (commission based)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Maintaining proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for customers benefits.
- Organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
- Outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our products range to the potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads; handle all customer queries including giving quotation and sales follow-up to achieve the B.P.
- Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
- Provide prompt and accurate information about the products as well as making sure that the stock is available, and the product consumption is going optimally.
- Providing relevant information on the products to the customer including in-service, cases support, Discussing the patient cases with the doctors.
- Perform 3D mapping cases following company products instructions for use (IFU) and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
- Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
- Additional duties include performing administrative work, including leading account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Local Country and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Drive teamwork and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. SM, CSS, CSL and BUM), as well as the support team and other partners.
- Provide experienced clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System and associated software modules) during case procedures within an assigned geography.
- Improve customer case support capability through accurate planning and scheduling techniques.
- Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.
Main performance measures (Performance Goals)
- Heart arrhythmia Cases Clinical support.
- Deliver business plan and NPIs target and to drive business growth which is aligned with BU Strategy
- Initiate and develop patient awareness activities in his/her assigned region
Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineer is proffered
- Years of Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Electrophysiology field
- Relevant experience with Cardiac Navigation Systems
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage (directly or indirectly) relationship with Sales, areas of support and/or Marketing Organization
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and across a matrix organization
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently.
