Summary
As an Assistant Outlet Manager - Outside Catering, you will enjoy assisting, leading, motivating and driving the Outside Catering team function of the largest conference and convention hotel in Kuwait.
This role requires hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the event service team, while ensuring that the department aligns perfectly with the hotel operational strategies and brand standards.
The MEI LI Restaurant, Kuwait has an overall space of 3,767 sq. ft., and is located within the Grand Hyatt Kuwait, adjoining the 360 Mall at Al Zahra, Kuwait. The restaurant is designed by AB Concept and has two themed dining areas. Havelock One manufactured several tall metal structures at the entrance with customised crystal beads, metal frames linked to make a dome-shaped structure with handmade embroidery depicting traditional Chinese colours and art, along with custom-made velvet furnishings and loose furniture.
