ey Responsibilities
- Prepare and marinate meats according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate shawarma grills and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble shawarma wraps and plates with appropriate garnishes and sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: KD200.000 - KD260.000 per month
