Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Provide accurate shipping information, quotations, and documentation updates to clients.
- Track shipments and proactively update customers on the status of their consignments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist with documentation related to shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term business.
Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
