Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
Prepare tables for dining, including setting up utensils, glassware, and napkins.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: KD230.000 - KD250.000 per month
