Role overview
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure deliveries are out in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Pick up employees at the designated times and places
- Deliver food and non-food related items in a timely manner
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers
- Make emergency purchases when requested
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a driver in Kuwait.
- A valid Kuwait driver’s license
- Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods
- Ability to lift heavy packages
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- Must be currently present in Kuwait
- Must be a proficient communicator in English
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant and hardworking personality.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
