Location: Kuwait City
Salary: 750-900 KWD per month

We are a dynamic and growing hospitality brand preparing to launch new food & beverage outlets in Kuwait City. With a strong commitment to culinary excellence and guest satisfaction, we are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and play a key role in shaping the culinary vision of our new concepts.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement creative American-style menus that align with brand identity and customer preferences.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff across multiple locations to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and minimize waste.
  • Plan and execute the culinary setup and pre-opening operations for new outlets, including staffing, kitchen layout, and equipment readiness.
  • Drive innovation, consistency, and operational excellence across all culinary functions.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader.
  • Expertise in American cuisine is essential.
  • Proven experience in launching or managing multiple F&B outlets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Must be currently in or willing to relocate to Kuwait City.
