Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement annual and long-term forecasts, and develop business capture plans and strategies.
- Develop and execute the department's annual business plan.
- Oversee operational functions and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with the executive team and stakeholders.
- Coach employees to enhance performance, efficiency, and productivity.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and margins.
- Plan, manage, and contribute to the implementation of new machinery, games, and rides.
- Ensure all machinery, games, and rides are functioning correctly, cost-effectively, and in line with quality standards.
- Design and refine operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure organizational well-being.
- Plan game purchases, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Contribute to achieving the company's strategic and operational objectives.
- Analyze financial data and statements to identify opportunities for improved profitability.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and permissions for games and related operations.
- Establish policies on customer services and product offerings.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Forecast talent requirements and manage strategic recruitment and retention efforts.
- Ensure all team members are aware of their job descriptions, duties, and responsibilities.
- Set individual objectives for key roles and monitor progress to achieve targeted goals.
Qualifications
- Operations management, Facility management, and Staff supervision skills
- Experience in managing entertainment or leisure facilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
