Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: 5 door-to-door visits of Travel Agencies / Tour Operators per day, 25 per week.
- Client Registration: Register travel agencies and tour operators to ensure they have constant bookings with us for hotel accommodation, flights, and transfers.
- Client Follow-ups and Education: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide necessary education and support to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content, including 10-12 videos and photos per month. Daily stories in Instagram. Act as a blogger to run your own social media channels (Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and use the same content for postings on our company's social media pages in collaboration with SMM manager.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports of calls, visits, last follow-up dates, and status updates.
- Extensive Travel: Travel frequently across the GCC region and other Regions to meet clients and attend industry events and travel exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of the Kuwait, GCC markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region and other countries.
- Having a database of travel agencies and tour operators is a plus.

Pay: KD625.000 - KD1,500.000 per month
