Pilatique Malaysia is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a friendly, upbeat, and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our team full-time! You’ll be the heart of the studio - welcoming clients, keeping things running smoothly, and making every visit a great one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first smile our clients see - in person, on the phone, and via text.
- Manage appointment bookings, client check-ins, and payments with ease.
- Keep records and databases updated and organized.
- Support our instructors and Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operations.
- Handle retail inquiries and sales like a champ.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing studio environment.
- Jump in to assist with admin and other tasks as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a multitasking superstar.
- Fluent in English and at least one mother tongue language.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.
- Ready to grow, take on challenges, and be part of something bigger.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
