Job Title: Internship Quantity Surveyor (Degree)
Location: Putrajaya, Malaysia
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dedicated intern to join our team as an Internship Quantity Surveyor. This role provides a great opportunity for students or recent graduates with a Degree in Quantity Surveying to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) for various projects.
- Help in estimating project costs by analyzing tender drawings and specifications.
- Support the preparation and review of tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
- Assist with contract administration tasks, including managing progress claims, variation orders, and site instructions.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities on-site.
- Assist in tracking and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Provide analytical support for project cost management and budget tracking.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Own transport is a must for easy site access.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve problems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
