Catalent's Dartford site is a center of excellence in particle size reduction and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry. Equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including capabilities for highly potent and cytotoxic compound handling at commercial scale, our facility supports the full product lifecycle—from early-stage development to market release.
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to support our Operations team in meeting regulatory requirements and delivering world-class pharmaceutical services.
Working Hours
You’ll rotate between the following weekly shifts:
- * Week 1*: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
- * Week 2*: Monday - Friday, 13:30 - 22:00 & Friday: 13:30 - 19:00
The Role:
- Provide continuous QA support for operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee batch record review, including supervision of Statement of Work (SOW) assessments and analysis of manufacturing and QC testing data
- Lead or participate in investigations of customer complaints and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Ensure services meet all regulatory and client-specific quality standards
- Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and maintain the highest standards of product integrity
- A strong background in GMP environments
- Knowledge of EU, US, and global regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with QMS and API manufacturing processes
- The ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and take initiative
- Batch review QA experience - Desirable
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication abilities
- Confidence making timely decisions and influencing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
