About Us

Offish Character Art Studio is where imagination meets craftsmanship. We create characters, creatures, props, and worlds for films, commercials, installations, and immersive experiences. No two projects are the same, and we love a creative challenge.

We’re looking for a 3D Generalist Artist who’s not just great with software, but also understands form, anatomy, and the magic of bringing life into digital and physical creations.

What You’ll Do

  • Create 3D assets for characters, creatures, and props from concept to final output.
  • Work across multiple software platforms:ZBrush, Maya, Blender (and others as needed).
  • Sculpt and model with a strong focus on human and animal anatomy.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and physical modelers to translate 3D work into real-world builds.
  • Occasionally work hands-on with clay or other sculpting materials for prototyping and reference.
  • Adapt to different artistic styles and project requirements.
  • Contribute ideas and problem-solving approaches in a fast-moving, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, Blender (and other 3D software is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of anatomy (human & animal) and form.
  • Some hands-on experience with traditional sculpting (clay or other mediums) preferred.
  • Good eye for detail, texture, and realistic proportions.
  • Ability to take direction and also work independently.
  • A love for variety and creative challenges — you’re excited to work on something new every week.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of retopology, UV unwrapping, and texturing.
  • Experience in rigging or animation.
  • Understanding of 3D printing and fabrication workflows.
  • Interest in creature/character design for films or art installations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
